Regional Activation Lead

Marketing Activation Lead:

This person will be responsible for developing a regional marketing and distribution strategy for consumer insights that integrates with our global activation strategy. This person will help with integration of the content and strategise how to adapt content for various initiatives.

This lead should have experience across all marketing channels including web, email, PR, marketing materials, events and more. In addition, the successful candidate will act as the brand evangelist across regions.

They will help build a scalable platform where content can be leveraged around the world. Knowledge of marketing concepts and technologies within the online advertising space, strong marketing strategy, integrated marketing and channel marketing skills are a must, as is experience working with global teams and channel managers to deploy best-in-class solutions for the industry.

Excellent project management, communication and creative skills are critical to success in this position, as is a demonstrated ability to work across cross-functional teams. The candidate will need to combine strategic-thinking with a high degree of creativity to execute on high-impact, high-leverage, innovative materials and programs. This position is full-time, based in our Client’s London office and will report into the Global Consumer Insights Program Manager. It is initially 6 months contract that may lead to the permanent opportunity.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with regional Business Marketing teams; keeping in mind their local activation plans as well as keeping them informed of upcoming narratives from the Global Consumer Insights team.
Partner closely with the Global Consumer Insights Regional Content Lead
Develop innovative and creative platforms and packages to express these insights through various existing and new channels
Work directly with channel owners to ensure adoption and activation across channels of both brand and content
Work with global, regional and cross-functional counterparts to ensure cohesion and scalability for content
Create content that can be used by sales teams to generate new business, educate clients on new products/features and engage clients on innovative ways to drive awareness/sales via social marketing techniques


Skills:

Requirements

5+ years in strategic consulting or advertising working with global brands or agencies
Deep expertise in building marketing insights programs and communications for marketers and the industry at large
Experience in LATAM or APAC would be ideal
Expert across all marketing channels and building integrated marketing plans
Excellent cross-functional, project management skills
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal (proven written communication skills)
Ability to translate complex concepts into simple and intuitive communications
Strong creative perspective to bring fresh ideas to product positioning and marketing campaigns
Experience in activation within both mature and emerging/growth markets a plus
