Job Description:
An enthusiastic Recruitement Marketing Lead requires to manage the Graduate Recruitment campaigns run annually for the UK. Deep expertise in Graduate Recruitment Marketing – a team player, helping to promote and showcase our Client’s Careers for our Graduate Schemes and meet demand needs across our business – incorporating our business strategy and human capital and diversity vision and business metrics. This role will focus on driving the Graduate Recruitment Marketing programmes, liaising with key stakeholders across our business and working closely with our Graduate Recruitment team. It will also require close collaboration with our preferred supplier agencies. Main Activities / Tasks • Awareness of Graduate market and broader market factors • Implementation of Recruitment strategies/ processes. • Work with the business and translate demand requirements to appropriate programmes/ campaigns, strategies and tactics. • Work with our agency to measure effectiveness of programmes and approaches and effective Media plans, Out of home tactics and campus programmes. • Work to specific budget allocation and plan and manage to budget. Accountability / Resposnsibilities: • Flawless execution of the agreed strategies • Work with the team to ensure appropriate allocation of tasks • Ability to develop and apply creative, workable solutions • Work autonomously, independently and build partnerships/network with stakeholders, marketing teams, Recruitment and our Client’s businessas a whole. • Ability to manage projects under tight deadlines and willing to work overtime during peak phases • Collaborate to help deliver tactical plans Special Requirements: • This role requires a deep understanding of Recruitment Marketing and of the Graduate market, and stakeholder management - agency experience preferred. Role Location: London, QVS and FCS Offices PART 2: ROLE REQUIREMENTS Required Knowledge / Skills /Experience • A degree or equivalent, preferably in English, journalism or a communications discipline • Excellent written and spoken English language skills • Substantial working knowledge of Recruitment Marketing, with experience of developing and implementing targeted strategies and use of print based, online, audio-visual and face-to- face tactics. • Strong interpersonal skills • Excel • Powerpoint • Word • Sharepoint
