Recruitment Marketing Lead

As Recruitment Specialist for Channel Strategies and Campus Marketing, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing our global channel and media strategy to attract students and graduates to apply for our emerging talent programmes in Global Banking & Markets in alignment with the global framework. Our channel strategy will include social media, graduate recruitment apps e.g. Debut, media and will harness innovation
- Organising and attending a range of marketing events at target universities across Europe including liaising with Careers Services and Student Societies.
- Advising on how the GBM pages of the students and careers pages can be enhanced briefing agencies on GBM-specific collateral for use in emerging talent recruitment e.g. “day in the life of film”, company presentations
- Globally co-ordinating website updates for the GBM team e.g. application and requirement updates to send through to the Global Emerging Talent team
- Reviewing and approving GBM-specific copy for the website, advertising materials aligned to Campaigns
- Work with external vendors to implement the channel strategy
- Working with the Graduate Recruitment Diversity specialist, organise diversity specific events Creating and managing specific marketing campaigns to build a pipeline for our harder to reach cohorts
- Keep emerging talent colleagues up to date with new trends in the market place
- Maintain the budget for attraction and recruitment marketing initiatives

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications (For the role – not the role holder. Minimum requirements of the role.):
• Proven Graduate Recruitment Marketing experience (ideally within a global financial or professional services environment) within a global organisation
• Understanding of channel strategies and in particular Social Media platforms
• Graduate calibre
• Competent user of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experience of HR systems / databases
