Recruitment Coordinator

The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for various administrative functions to support the Recruiting Team!

Prepare candidate information packages, generate and process confidential documents, and distribute and collect employment applications and other documentation. Ensure candidate experience meets high standards by working directly with candidates and recruiters to schedule interviews, coordinate logistical requirements, proactively plan all interview touch points, and address any issues that arise, e.g., reschedules. Maintain and update candidate database and ensure all compliance measures are met.

Position Overview:
To provide coordination support to the Recruitment team and to maximize candidate experience - in a growing business.

Responsibilities:
• Supporting the recruiters to manage the delivery of open permanent and contract vacancies
• Responsible for coordinating/scheduling all phases of the interview process across North America
• Updating our ATS (PeopleFluent) with new jobs and posting to relevant job boards
• Schedule onsite interviews, locally as well as for remote offices or locations
• Arrange phone/video conference interviews
• Organize travel arrangements for candidates, i.e. flights, hotels and taxi’s
• Processing candidate travel expenses
• Admin tasks such as invoicing Requirements

Qualifications:
• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• Experience in a high transactional admin environment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Strong administrative experience
• Experience supporting a corporate or agency recruitment team is desirable Knowledge & Behavior:

• Excellent time and work load management skills; ability to prioritize
• Self-motivated and able to take initiative
• Team player
