One of our valued clients in the Energy industry is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a long term temporary role onsite.

Description

As a Recruiting Coordinator the worker will provide support to the Operations team with day to day operations and administration.  This person will work closely with Recruiting and HR teams to build relationships with key stakeholders. 

Responsibilities

The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for program administration in the VMS portal and non-VMS activity. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating candidate screenings and meetings
  • Drafting Offers for approval
  • Contract assignment extensions/amendments
  • System Terminations
  • Offboarding assignments
  • VMS date integrity audits
  • Immigration request support letters
  • Adhoc projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • 3+ year of related experience in Recruiting, or with an MSP
  • Experience with Vendor Management or Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Proficient (able to use with limited assistance) with Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to perform routine assignments with limited assistance
  • Strong administrative and customer service skills
  • Experience running small projects
  • Previous experience developing job description/template libraries a plus
