Recruiting Coordinator

The Recruiting Coordinator will be the main support for designated Recruiters and may support multiple business units. This position requires an individual who understands the necessity for confidentiality, maintains a high degree of professionalism at all times, demands an outstanding ability to multi-task as well as superior organizational skills. Recruiting Coordinators must deliver strong results in a fast-paced, demanding environment with the ability to flex priorities and adapt to change. Effective verbal and written communication skills are critical in this role, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize work. A high level of customer focus, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach in anticipating candidate/Hiring Manager/HR needs is essential.

Coordinate all candidate interviews and logistics including:
Scheduling all phases of candidate interviews including kick-off calls, phone screens, on and off-site interviews, and debrief meetings.
Coordinating interview schedules between candidates, recruiters, business units, and agencies.
Reserving conference rooms, coordinating video conferences, and supporting web-ex meetings.
Coordinating candidate travel and logistics. Reconcile business expenses via purchasing card.
Responsible for processing reimbursement forms for candidate travel expenses.
Responsible for data management and integrity throughout the scheduling and assessment process including input of relevant data into Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Develops an understanding of their business unit with regards to role profiles, candidate profiles, and hiring manager’s needs.

Candidate Care:
Provide exceptional candidate care throughout interview process via email and phone communication, and hosting candidates when on-site for interviews.
Work with coordinators in remote offices to ensure similar candidate care and manage logistics (i.e. conference rooms, lunch, VTC’s).
Ensures all relevant candidate documentation is received and processed prior to final interview.

Additional Responsibilities:
Reserving conference rooms, Web-ex, and video conferences.
PowerPoint Presentations/Excel Reports when needed.
Ad Hoc projects as requested by leadership.
