The Recruiting Coordinator manages a wide variety of tasks and projects that all map back to the business needs while supporting the Talent Acquisition Team in their day quests to attract, hire and retain the great talent that makes up company community.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and business partners throughout the interview process, and constantly work with the TA team to obtain feedback on areas of opportunity to enhance the overall experience for the candidate and hiring managers. - Manage the calendaring, travel and communication of interviews to candidates, hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team. - Manage all aspects of phone screens, onsite interviews, working sessions, etc. 2. Manage the candidate pre-employment and background screening processes. 3. Coordinate new hire orientation. 4. Coordinates monthly Open Jobs list for publication. 5. Track new hire and lateral internal employee movement to ensure system accuracy. 6. When needed provide administrative and technical support. 7. Complete ad hoc projects as needed. 8. Consistently keep others informed. Candidate Profile - An experienced Coordinator within a Recruiting or HR environment. - Has a strong ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity. - Extreme organizational skills, with a knack for workload prioritization. - Proactive – has impeccable follow up with a focus on achieving results. - Demonstrated ability to use technologies and tools optimally and leverage them appropriately. - Able to work with evolving systems and structures. - Has worked in companies with great talent acquisition programs. - Passion and energy level to support multitasking in a fast-paced environment. - Resourceful – able to get a lot done without a lot of resources by using ingenuity and tapping into the ecosystem. - Good common sense, judgment – knowing when issues need to be escalated. - Collaborative: pitches in as part of the team. - Experience with OFCCP compliance is a plus. - Experience in retail/apparel is a plus. Basic Qualifications - 3-5 years of recruiting coordinator experience - BA/BS degree or equivalent. - Technology savvy. - Knowledge of all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, qualifying, networking, relationship management, and due diligence. - Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. - Patient, communicative, team player that is detail oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additional Qualifications - Customer service orientation with exceptional abilities in building internal and external relationships. - A thorough understanding of the legal and regulatory requirements related to the hiring process is highly desired. - Experience with Workday, Taleo or TalentLink Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus.
Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm Location: SF, CA
Additional Job Details: NOTES: THIS ROLE WILL REQUIRE THE MOST FLEXIBILITY.THEY WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COVERING ANY MISSTEPS IN THE GO LIVE WITH THE NEW RPO AND WILL BE EXPECTED TO PROTECT THE CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE. THIS PERSON COULD EASILY BE WORKING ON SCHEDULING ONE WEEK, THEN A SPECIAL PROJECT, THEN PROCESS DOCUMENTATION THE NEXT WEEK.
