About You:
Yes, there ARE requirements for this position. The ideal Aquent Agent will have:

5+ years of professional experience working as part of a team, interacting directly with internal or external clients (account management experience is great!)
Staffing and/or recruiting experience (highly desired)
Digital and/or Interactive experience
Strong consultative skills
A self-directed personality
Enthusiasm about leveraging technology
Excellent relationship-building skills
The proven capability to succeed in a matrix business environment
The proven ability to network effectively to grow/build relationships
A four year degree
