Recruiter/Account Manager

Are you a dynamite recruiter who can find a a needle in the haystack, build talent communities and network like nobodies business... If so do we have an opportunity for you!

This amazing Recruiter Lead will contribute to the growth of the teams revenue, GP and FTE’s by recruiting Talent to fill open orders. Here is what else you would do:

• Continuously source and qualify Talent in support of efforts to fill open orders.
• Coordinate/Collaborate with other Agents and Teams to ensure that Talent are aware of all Aquent’s opportunities and other Agents are aware of Talent availability.
• Dedicate significant effort to nurturing and supporting Talent in talent pool:
• Plays significant role in Talent onboarding.
• Take lead in ensuring 100% compliance in client onboarding requirements
• Communicate with all Talent regularly in an effort to build strong relationships and networks.
• Take lead role in submittal, feedback and coordination of talent in partnership with Agents, VMS and MSP
• Provide career counseling and coaching to Talent on and off assignment.
• Take lead in coordinating talent events and constant learning opportunities for talent.
• Recruiter will provide workforce management as required by client/s.
• Work with Agents and Sales to make every effort to find work for new and Talent coming off assignment.
• ·Initiate and lead initiatives aimed at enhancing value added services to Talent and client/s (training, reporting, recognition, community building, building job descriptions, establishing goals and measuring progress toward them).

Major goals relative to this function:

• Source and submit qualified candidates for 90% of orders worked
• Provide and submit candidates for open orders within a 24 to 36 hour window.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to Talent, Applicants and Candidates that results in high level of Talent satisfaction and a high volume of referrals.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to Client(s) during and after placement that results in high level of Client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to team members and other Aquent teams that results in high level of internal customer satisfaction.

Weekly Activities driving this function:

• 10+ Talent Interviews per week.
• 10+ Talent/Client Interviews per week.
• Work with Agents on 20+ open orders at any given time.

Industry Knowledge, Networking and Subject Matter Expertise

· Attend local networking events as necessary to ID candidates for open opportunities.
· Leverage social media and technology in general to foster networking in remote geographies.
· Make every effort to remain up to date on latest trends and developments.
· Regularly meet with other Agents to share knowledge and best practices.
