§ Screen resumes, interview candidates, and manage the recruitment process though offer acceptance
§ Build a pipeline of qualified candidates to fill high volume low scarcity, core talent including university, industry, contact and/or operations center positions
§ Work directly (in partnership with recruiting manager) with hiring managers to advise on and influence talent attraction and selection
§ Partner with Senior Recruiting Manager to analyze ROI of current strategies and design and assist with implementation of strategies for higher ROI
§ Recommend new candidate sources and candidate generation programs and/or models.
§ Partner with Sourcing Consultant, Talent Advisor on pivotal roles and skill gaps
§ Network and maintain relationships with key candidate communities for short and/or long term opportunities
§ May own end to end internal only requisitions & recruiting process
§ Maintain effective relationships with candidates through the recruiting process
§ Maintain data integrity within systems
