We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter for a Fortune 500 company in Bellevue, WA.
Ideal candidate will excel at developing recruiting strategies and can influence the organization. You will partner with business leaders to help grow their teams and drive impact to their departments by identifying, attracting and hiring the very best candidates!
Must have at least +3 years of experience in recruiting - preferably in a Corporate environment.

General Responsibilities:
Build and execute sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies at department and requisition level.
Build a pipeline of qualified candidates Build and execute sourcing strategies.
Work independently to execute and adapt strategies to fill roles at all but the most senior levels within an organization in a timely and cost effective manner.
Proactively update the recruitment process by identifying and implementing innovations.
Own and manage individual agency relationships.

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Solid oral and written communication skills, articulate, and a good listener

Ability to use the Applicant Tracking Systems or Hiring Management Systems

Preferred
Ability to advise and influence hiring managers’ talent decisions by providing value-added recruiting-related advice based on facts and data
Ability to comprehensively understand the organization’s talent strategy and how it connects to the business strategy
Capacity to anticipate future talent needs of the organization and build a steady stream of prospective talent
Deep knowledge of the labor market(s) and talent pools
Exceptional networking and candidate engagement skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize workload based on business needs

Key Responsibilities:
Independently drive sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies at function, department and requisition level for internal and external talent
Screen resumes, interview candidates, and manage the recruitment process though offer acceptance
Build a pipeline of qualified candidates to fill high volume low scarcity, core talent including university, industry, contact and/or operations center positions
Work directly (in partnership with recruiting manager) with hiring managers to advise on and influence talent attraction and selection
Partner with Senior Recruiting Manager to analyze ROI of current strategies and design and assist with implementation of strategies for higher ROI
Recommend new candidate sources and candidate generation programs and/or models.
Partner with Sourcing Consultant, Talent Advisor on pivotal roles and skill gaps
Network and maintain relationships with key candidate communities for short and/or long term opportunities
May own end to end internal only requisitions & recruiting process
Maintain effective relationships with candidates through the recruiting process
Maintain data integrity within systems

Education and Experience Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of extensive experience in recruiting, sourcing, full cycle recruiting and talent strategy planning
Experience in a fast paced matrix environment
