Readiness Program Manager

We are seeking a Readiness Program Manager responsible for helping accelerate Operations’ transformation to a mobile-first, cloud-first world. Through focus on shaping Win With People (WWP) execution plans around Building Leaders at All Levels and Culture & Mindset initiatives, this role is key to enabling our success and driving business impact through our People Readiness. The Readiness PM will lead planning and execution in close collaboration with our key business and HR leaders to create the appropriate training and materials by sourcing the right subject matter experts for content and messaging (including leading focus groups with both IC and executive level participants). The goal is to engage Operations employees at every level to accelerate our transformation and drive consumption through community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be able to lead, drive and execute Operations’ Readiness across multiple organizations. Using innovative and compelling approaches, delivery mechanisms, and measurements, the Readiness PM will drive needed outcomes for Operations leaders at every level to excel in a mobile-first, cloud-first world:

1. Build Operations Readiness Strategy in close partnership with Operation’s LT, HR business partners and other key leaders
2. Establish and drive relationships across different groups, orchestrating overall Readiness plans
3. Source the needed subject matter experts to develop the right content and messages for maximum business impact with a heavy bias on innovative delivery for ease of consumption
4. Drive ongoing execution of the WWP initiatives, including managing and driving monthly team syncs, collaborating to create impactful WWP quarterly plans, and managing Operations Awards & Recognition program
5. Create and maintain the WWP communications plan in collaboration with CVP executive communications lead and produce content to support key communications (e.g., global All Hands content, quarterly global WWP communication) for message consistency

Basic Qualifications
• 7+ years’ experience in HR, education, communications, or curriculum development
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have a background in HR, adult learning or curriculum development within the software industry, and possess excellent skills in all aspect of planning, cross-group collaboration, and communications. He or she should have passion and a proven record for execution with demonstrable results.
• Ambitious, independent, self-starter with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities
• Ability to develop strong partnerships and communicate well across all levels of the organization to influence for desired outcomes
• Proven track record of driving strategy initiatives and effective work as an influencer in high-level cross-organization situations. This position requires extensive cross-group coordination/collaboration and very strong program management skills.
• Competency of a readiness program manager - that includes experience in program, project and vendor management within L&D.
• Experience in instructional design, social campaign management, defining curriculums and the development of learning materials.
• Strong PM skills
