RFP Project Manager

RFP Project Manager:

The RFP Project Manager plays an important role in supporting offensive and defensive RFP and presentation activity.

Responsibilities include:

o Strategy formulation, project planning and team coordination on RFPs, Diagnostics, and Capabilities presentations.
o Working closely with the account owner and team members by driving value propositions.
o Overseeing the writing, editing of the draft and providing coaching to team.
o Managing production and delivery with a design colleague.

Requirements:

o Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Business.
o At least 7 years marketing, promotion, or related experience required with RFP’s and Proposals.
o Law firm or professional services experience preferred.
o Strong computer proficiency a must, with particular knowledge of InterAction, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Advanced), and a variety of leading edge competitive and business intelligence tools.
o An insatiable intellectual curiosity and a desire to become completely immersed in the business of the group(s) assigned to the individual.
o Strong writing, proofreading and verbal communication skills.
o Flexible and organized with the ability to deal with many different personalities, multiple demands, and the pressure of meeting deadlines.
o Strong work ethic and clear understanding of client service and working as a member of a team.
o Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment is a must.
o A sense of urgency, ability to efficiently manage time and attention to detail are required.
o Experience partnering with team to facilitate and coach on oral presentation as well as develops presentation document.
o Exceptional project management skills.
