Excellent financial brand is looking for a REMOTE Instructional Designer!
Company's Global Customer Solutions Center (GCS) Learning Transformation team creates and delivers learning solutions to all levels of associates within our organization. Along with supporting GCS with New Hire and Continuing Education, the Learning Transformation team provides training for strategic initiatives.
Daily duties and responsibilities of consultant: what are they responsible for? Project initiatives/goals/deadlines?
To support our Global Brand effort, we are looking for someone to assist with the re-branding of Instructor Led training materials, such as PowerPoints, Job Aids, Participant and Leader Guides. This position will use approved templates with the new company brand and replace existing materials with updated branding. With 30+ curricula of various durations to update, this position will work to update a lot of content.
The expected duration of this contract will be approximately 6 months with several curricula being updated each month.
This position will require Intermediate MS Office skills in PowerPoint and MS Word, as some PowerPoint animations may need to be recreated in the new templates.
This role will also reformat Word documents so that process/steps are transferred into the new format.
This position will NOT require modification to any of the content within the materials. It is to reformat and rebrand materials so that quality learning solutions can be delivered in our updated brand.
This individual will report directly to the GCS Learning Transformation Director. All interactions will be with GCS Learning Transformation internal team members.
