Creates, lays out, and produces presentations, graphics, charts, illustrations, reports, and other documents with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Assists with editing and proofreading materials to adhere to preferred style and standards
Executes, delivers, and performs quality control on all materials
Works closely with Client Services teams to determine effective ways of communicating complex technical information
Provides back-up for marketing team on web updates, e-marketing campaigns, etc.
Collaborates on various marketing content for firm, including drafting, editing, integrating into other materials, and posting on internal and external web pages
Formats and produces internal communications materials including event signage and materials (community programs and employee events), badges, tent cards, maps, business development materials, templates, HTML emails, website graphics/layouts and other marketing materials
Formats and produces materials used for recruiting, employee benefit programs, and other HR projects
