Public Relations Account Executive

Day to Day

  • Crafts well thought out written materials including press releases, pitches and fact sheets in a timely manner with little to no editing
  • Serves as right hand person to senior level staff and assist with a variety of tasks, ranging from administrative to building out strategy

Media Relations

  • Possesses strong foundation of media and influencer relationships
  • Actively pitches to media daily to secure client coverage in print, digital and broadcast outlets
  • Successful track record of results in print, digital and broadcast outlets

Client Communication

  • Is viewed by client as main point-of-contact and responds to all incoming requests in a timely manner
  • Confident communicating with clients to create a strong client relationship
  • Is capable of handling client meetings, calls and presentation

Agency Support

  • Contributes high level ideas to creative brainstorms
  • Assists Senior Lead with new business proposals and account plans
  • Effectively delegate tasks and projects to Junior staff to meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • Demonstrates leadership by taking ownership of projects and accepting accountability for all work done by both you and your junior staff
