Prospecting Marketing Manager 4 Non-Profit

Well respected non-profit in downtown, DC has an immediate need for a Prospect Marketing Manager for a long term contract. This position will manage client's prospecting program including lead generation via online media placements & the back-end lead conversion experience. Must have strong project management skills and experience in online and direct mail direct response marketing. Knowledge of variable, digital printing capabilities is required.

Responsibilities include:

1. Develop & implement a strategic plan to optimize response & increase conversions from the billing series through optimization of current experience.
2. Work with Online Marketing Staff to manage agencies responsible for the online placements that drive leads.
3. Utilize member/consumer research and work with Database Marketing Services and Analysis team to create segment-specific billing invoice versions to increase conversion rate.
4. Leverage strong direct response skills and key metrics to ensure positive ROI.
5. Manage outsourced creative development process and ensure that message development utilizes market research & is consistent with client brand values.
6. College degree and at least 7+ years of marketing experience required.
