Vitamin T has a great client seeking an experienced Proposal Production Specialist. In this role you will serve as a member of the Business Development Team. This role will work in a deadline-oriented environment to support the production of proposal documents and will aid in the coordination of proposal efforts from the initial release of an RFP to the final stages of printing and/or submission to the customer to include: Support the Company’s goal of delivering high quality proposals that deliver program excellence to global customers and value to the Company; Create document templates for proposal managers, functional leads, and authors; Format all documents for consistency, compliancy, branding, and professional quality; Review documents for proper formatting, layout, and RFP required structure; Educate and assist proposal team with proposal production needs (includes document formatting, document location, processes, software questions, communication, supplies, printing, etc); Interface with various team members and functional areas as needed; Assist in tracking status of proposal documents to ensure timely delivery; Participate in regular core team meetings and provide input as needed; Create, update and maintain marketing materials including brochures, proposal files, staff resumes and publication/presentation lists; Oversee graphic identity and image library, presentations, website, and social media tools; Other duties that support the initiatives of the marketing and Business Development Team. Use expert-level desktop publishing skills with Microsoft Word/Office Suite Adobe to produce high quality proposal documents; Organize and help manage proposal working sites on SharePoint and other platforms to maintain document control and effective proposal development processes; Use excellent communication skills to coordinate with other team members (includes Business Development and Management) to provide additional proposal and marketing content and support as necessary.
As our ideal candidate, you will meet the following requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience a plus;
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
Expert-level use of Microsoft Word;
Knowledge of SharePoint and Adobe Professional;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills;
Attention to detail;
Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast, deadline-driven environment;
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks;
Strong customer service, teamwork, and interpersonal skills;
Must be able to adapt to changes and problem solve;
