Proposal Marketing Coordinator

Aquent's client, a global provider of private and commercial architecture, design engineering and construction services is looking for a Proposal Marketing Coordinator in their Denver office.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
• Tracking opportunities and leading/producing proposals beginning with pre-positioning and go/no go decision making
• Managing development of presentations and printed qualification materials and proposals in response to formal and informal client solicitations, including analyzing RFP specifications and requirements; coordinating with capture manager and technical leads; developing compliance matrices, proposal outlines/templates, and proposal review and production schedules; assisting in the development of win themes and differentiators; and coordinating and effectively leading proposal kick-off and review meetings
• Updating/tracking progress of assigned opportunities in
• Salesforce ensuring data accuracy
• Writing qualification-based sections of proposals including resumes, project descriptions, and other general information materials
• Coordinating proposal production (including working with graphic designers to develop compliant proposal templates, covers, tabs, etc.) into a polished, client-ready package; assisting with production and quality checking of documents.
Other marketing duties, as required (trade shows, brochures, qualification submittals, award submittals, etc.)
Mentoring junior level marketing staff

Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Journalism, English,
• Communications, Marketing or related field
• 6+ years of proposal coordination experience, including supporting strategy development and other business development activities
• Experience in A-E industry including planning, engineering, and construction consulting business
• Knowledge/experience preparing complex proposals for public and private sector
• Must exhibit a high level of integrity and professionalism and display excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and be detail oriented
• Able to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment with multiple deadlines and demonstrate leadership skills and ability to moderate meetings and reviews
• Strong organizational, writing/researching/editing, and time management skills in order to juggle multiple proposals/tasks with differing deadlines and consistently produce winning proposals
• Strong leadership skills and is committed to coaching/mentoring company personnel
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Word and PowerPoint) and/or InDesign
