Job Title: Project Coordinator/Geo Reporting 
Job Description: Using intake inbox and completing the requests that come through. Taking requests, documenting them and getting the requests out for completion. Will answer emails. Would like someone who is system savvy but NOT a technical person. Will be taking information from Excel and Access, putting it in to GeoNetworks and getting the request off to the appropriate person. 
Scope of the project: Busy season over flow, need someone to assist with running the Geonetworks reporting. 
Top 3 preferred skills: team oriented, ms access and time management 
Top 5 daily responsibilities: Completing GeoNetworks and ZIP Code reports, data entry into project log, managing multiple projects 
# of team members: 5 
Who will contractor report to: Rich Rodriguez 
Will they have any direct reports: No 
Ideal candidate had done a lot of reporting/data analysis in a RFP or proposal environment. The contractor runs their mapping requests. The mapping request usually asks how well KP covers a respective groups access. They use a software package called : Quest Analytics (GeoNetwork software suite is similar, does the same thing). It prints to PDF, and they send it back to the client. They will be doing a lot of that. Also, KP's new GHC in Seattle, may require some data migration. Require knowledge of database tables and record attributes. Importing/exporting content into Microsoft Word. Must be proficient in Excel, Access, manage deadlines well (if they know mapping software Quest Analytics/GeoNetwork a huge plus. if not they must know Access and Excel), being quick and adaptable. Data Focus, Data Analyst background would be great, problem solving, Excel, must understand Data types (numeric field, date, text), simple queries in Access, and will do a lot of reporting. 
Interview process, in person interview with team. and then we will make a decision for team. (1 Onsite interview) 
Wants someone to start by end of month.

Culture: deadline driven, relaxed, managing day to day deadlines, but relaxed team in face of high pressure. 
Onsite only, Burbank, will not convert, this position comes up yearly, March- July of every year (around 5 months)

Education requirements: BS/BA HIGHLY preferred. /HS Diploma/GED Required 

2+ years relevant experience required 
REQUIRED: MS Access, MS Excel
