Properties Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Properties Marketing Manager to join our very well-established client in Miami Lakes! This person will be responsible for all multifamily-property-related marketing,
including but not limited to, contract negotiations for all media, completion and execution of sitespecific marketing plans, managing vendor relationships, brand advocate/compliance, social media
strategy and execution, website content management, and marketing strategy for the organization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years multifamily marketing experience in a fast-paced, technically advanced, entrepreneurial environment. The position will be based at the corporate headquarters in Miami Lakes and report to the Director of Marketing and Communications, with approval and collaborative oversight from the Director of Operations, who oversees the Property Management Division.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
>Work with Operations Team to develop cost-effective site-level strategic marketing plans and execute as appropriate to increase traffic, leases and income (includes all facets and aspects of communication to and with potential and current residents via websites and social media, print, broadcast, collateral materials, special events, signage, community outreach, etc.)
>Review and/or prepare graphics requests for internal graphic designer/web specialist
>Review and/or determine content messaging appropriate for target audience and media
>Manage social media platform(s)
>Reputation management – monitor online reviews and ratings, collaborate with appropriate staff to craft and post responses as appropriate
>Manage all online media, conduct monthly Internet shops, prepare marketing analytical reports for executive level review
>Maintain knowledge of, propose and implement new technology and/or user experience solutions that enhance website and social media engagement and optimization
>Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with Equal Housing Opportunity/Fair Housing advertising rules, regulations and guidelines
>Train site staff as required and/or requested
>Complete on-site marketing audits, manage quarterly shop report process, manage marketing training compliance
