Partner with project management and creative team in ensuring editorial and grammatical accuracy, consistency and high degree of quality plus adherence to brand standards across all marketing materials for all marketing materials
ResponsibilitiesActively partner with project management, creative teams, marketing and business teams to support strategic vision and instill brand voice and personality to ensure highest standards of communications.Proofread all FA materials—positioning, brochures, bio sheets, pitch books, websites presentations, and case studies--in a prioritized manner at critical review points to ensure a high quality presentation and experience.Enforce brand and editorial guidelines across messaging platforms.Provide proofing support as needed for both internal and external communications.
SkillsExcellent proofreading and editorial skills.Ability to accurately review complex materials including graphics/charts, texts, multimedia, websites with excellent attention to detail.Superior organizational skills.Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• At least five years experience.
• Financial Services experience preferred.
• Bachelor degree is preferred.
