Looking for a jr-mid level Designer with heavy promotional experience for a Temp-to-hire opportunity. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and production of various collateral pieces including but not limited to: posters, flyers, signage, displays, coupons, quarterly promotional pieces and new product launch announcements. Responsibilities include: Concept, design and development of promotional print-ready art, collaborating with the team to develop creative concepts, maintaining all brand & promotional standards across all materials. The selected candidate will have a portfolio that demonstrates promotional work. This opportunity involves a fast paced culture, where you’ll be juggling multiple projects, making multiple revisions and supervising the art director

Other Requirements:
• BA or other professional training in Design/Art Direction • 4+ years of experience designing promotional print collateral pieces from inception to completion. • Technical expertise in creating keylines and final print-ready files • Proven high-level expertise utilizing Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) • Excellent communication skills • Team with other creative to create new concepts for regional specific pieces • B2C Design experience

Overview:

The in-house Promotional Designer will be responsible for designing
the following materials across three distinct brands.
· Onsite promotional posters
· Flyers
· Guest passes
· Quarterly promotional pieces
· Signage
· Other promotionally based collateral – including displays, coupons, new product launch announcements etc.
In this role, the Promotional Designer must demonstrate a track record for proficiency and efficiency
consistently delivering high quality work in a high volume environment.

Your work must speak to an offer-driven pricing strategies that have polish and class.
We’re looking for clear, crisp and classy executions.
You will be busy, as this is a fast paced culture, where you’ll be juggling multiple projects, making revisions (without copping an attitude)
and supervising the art director.

This is a tremendous opportunity to be a part of an active and growing

Responsibilities:

• Concept, design and develop promotional print-ready art for various promotions,
• Work with team to develop creative concepts
• Maintain all brand & promotional standards across all material for three brands
• Work with and mentor Jr. Designer(s)
