A dynamic, high‐energy multichannel marketing agency in Miami is looking for a Project Manager/Traffic Manager who can join our rapidly expanding team. The job will involve working on multiple client and internal projects across many sectors, including healthcare and finance. Job Description The primary function of the Project Manager/Traffic Manager is to work as a go‐between, connecting account executives to other departments within the agency. The individual is responsible for managing the internal production process for all marketing campaign materials from concept through release. The Project Manager/Traffic Manager sets a schedule of deadlines for the completion of a job and assigns team members to each necessary task in the process. The Project Manager/Traffic Manager then checks on the progress of the project, communicating with the account executive as needed. Upon completion of the project, the project/traffic manager will assist with the trafficking of advertising materials to media outlets, and confirm all campaign elements have been received by media outlets and have ran correctly at the close of the campaign. Essential Job Functions Responsible for overall prioritization and successful timing of marketing jobs/projects Collaborate with internal team to develop and maintain project documentation including timelines, internal processes, project briefs, contracts, media schedules, media specs, and deliverables for each project Coordinate with internal team members to ensure that project requirements, scope and deliverables are understood and that deadlines are met on time and with consistency and accuracy Oversee the full execution of assigned marketing / advertising projects including proofreading of materials for accuracy and consistency across all channels Establish and maintain effective communication and working relations with all other departments Manage requests for changes and prioritize work based on business needs and available resources Serve as the day‐to‐day contact regarding project execution Ask questions, research solutions to help define project requirements Recognize problems and potential problems affecting project deadlines and take necessary corrective action Submit jobs to Accounting for invoicing when appropriate. Coordinate with Media Strategist and establish plan for delivery of creative materials to media outlets Follow‐up with media vendors to ensure placement of ads Desired Skills and Experience Must have 3 years or more of experience at a Marketing or Advertising agency Must have a background that includes advertising and/or marketing project management. In addition, exceptional communication, organizational, and proofreading skills are required. Experience leading advertising projects and possesses demonstrated knowledge of the print, digital, and TV marketing channels Bachelor Degree or equivalent
