Project/Creative Asset Manager

0 people like this description

Our large corporate client in Dallas is looking for a strong Project/Creative Asset Manager for a one to two month contract assignment. Our client is creating a new website and are at the point of needing to insert translations into the artwork for countries around the world. But in order for that to be done, the original design files have to be reorganized. Each PSD file contains many pieces and they do not all necessarily relate to the same page or section of the site. Each piece needs to be separated out into its own file, named according to a very specific naming convention and stored within a SharePoint in a file structure that exactly mimics the website back end structure.
• The ideal candidate must have the ability to create a plan of action and deliver on it.
• Responsible for representing the creative team and reporting progress of work to IST and marketing partners.
• Communicate with eBiz and translation team when sets of assets become available for further work.
• Communicate to supervisor and peers in cross-functional teams when team is off track and providing solutions to rectify the situation in order for the larger go-live objectives to be met.
• Use Master Image Spreadsheet and PSDs within shared drives as a tool to indicate where each PSD is located for each image and work with external agency to locate any missing PSDs.
• Direct production artists/Art Directors to edit the PSDs as needed.
• Identify which PSD contains which image (one PSD may have multiple images).
• Use spreadsheet as the basis for all of the image names in order to directly replace each global image for the newly translated image.
• The PSDs need to be saved according to the Master Spreadsheet structure.
• Upload finished PSD to master SharePoint site for future use in a DAM.
