Project Description: Working with the notice of non-compliance office (works with licensing stores). Stores file these non-compliance documents to this office. This individual will be following up on the non-compliance documentation, heavy with email, prioritization, maintaining the "compliance alias". Won't need to have come from a compliance background, as will be trained. They won't be the final decision makers for determining compliance, they will work with partners

LS Compliance Unit
Manage LS Compliance Unit Mailbox
Process all incoming NNCs/Closures
Work with Legal to prepare Defaults
Provide Monthly Reporting to the Retail Portal
Provide ad hoc reporting for DM/RD Audience
Provide Monthly Reporting to Field Leaders
Provide Quarterly Reporting for the EVP/RVP audience
LVM Training
Answer email/password requests
Manage NSO information in the LVM Admin tool
Manage activities assigned in RPM for NSO information
LSI Reviewer
Learn gaps in the material for inclusion in LVM Training Updates

Summary of key responsibilities:
• Acts as contact for all users on system issues or problems
• Analyzes current processes, tools, system or database and makes recommendations for development, improvement or simplification
• Collaborates with business group management to develop appropriate training materials to support the needs of the functional area
• Maintains the integrity and the functionality of business unit systems by performing system and database maintenance
• Works with IT partners, functional analysts and vendors on medium projects to coordinate system enhancements.
• Ability to access and analyzes multiple data points (cross functionally) to link trends to performance. Provide visibility and make recommendations based on trends.

• Communication – Ability to communicate clearly to a variety of customer groups (Licensee’s, CBD partners, IT support, field partners)
• Organization – Ability to organize and file documents within folders and data base (shared platforms)
• Works independently – ability to work self-sufficiently and demonstrates a proactive approach to resolve problems independently.
• Business Acumen – Ability to translate data and articulate current trends based on information within a segment or BU
• Detailed orientated – Works with data to ensure accuracy and capturing current trends. Supporting field with legal documentation for escalation.
• Leadership Courage – Challenges status quo with current processes and systems to improve or enhance overall performance of systems.
• Multi-tasking skills – Ability to monitor and work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Customer service skills – Ability to understand and provide outstanding customer service to field/licensee partners.
Recommended / Preferred experience:
• Working knowledge of Licensed Stores business unit
• Strong Microsoft Office suite knowledge
• Retail field experience within Food and beverage industry or similar concepts
• Familiarity of SSC dynamics
• Strong presentation or facilitation skills
