Project Marketing Manager

Team Mission: Build brand strategy and brand consistency across hardware and platform products. Bridge together hardware, software and services for key launch & seasonal moments, customer touch points, and world class creative. Drive strategy for global hardware brand development and evolution. 

Key Responsibilities: 
In this role, you’ll combine expert project management skills with a passion for marketing & brand to help your team improve, develop, and execute on our global hardware brand. You’ll work cross-functionally and with international teams, collaborating with managers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to plan projects, define milestones, assign resources, assess risks, and help projects meet deadlines. You will help manage the work streams leading to key hardware events, ensuring team alignment on key dates and deliverables. 

As Producer and Project Manager, you will also help manage a robust schedule and the organization of assets and files. You are a master planner and a flexible project manager who can balance multiple projects. 

Top 3 daily responsibilities: 
Working with international stakeholders to consolidate needs, cross-functional stakeholders to ensure regional needs can fit into the global strategy, and producers to get work executed 
Centralizing project information (dates, assets, resources, etc.) and communicate key deadlines to stakeholders 
Coordinating execution plans and developing processes for content development 

Responsibilities also include: 
Managing and tracking assets, timelines and schedules 
Managing international team communications, creative procurement, and development 
Helping to manage creative reviews, planning, and scheduling 
Coordinating project plan, timeline, and relevant teams for brand and event execution 
Assisting with hardware events 
Coordinating launch execution plan, files and assets 
Identify team needs with regards to process, tools, documentation, asset management, etc., and implement or drive required changes. 
Ability to work international hours is a must. Daily working hours may vary accordingly. 


Position will be based in Mountain View. Must have willingness to travel within the Bay Area and within the United States. 

Minimum Qualifications: 
BA/BS degree in marketing or related field 
6+ years experience with production and/or creative development. 
Exceptional people management skills - team focus in a high paced environment with a proven ability to proactively establish rapport, credibility and influence, and drive results throughout a highly matrixed organization. 
Incredibly organized and comfortable with tracking multiple work streams and teams simultaneously. 
Familiarity with Google Drive is a must 
Familiarity with video and digital production is a must 
Familiarity with website production is a must 
Self-motivated, flexible individual with strong communication and leadership skills. 
Able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven, and techy work environment in often uncertain and ambiguous circumstances 
Must be able to balance working in a creatively driven organization, with an analytical and disciplined approach to marketing 
Must be resourceful, adaptable, creative, and results oriented with high energy and a positive attitude

A team player with an appetite to do big things! 

Nice to Have: 
MBA 
Experience working with marketing managers 
International experience 
Previous work history in consumer electronics or other consumer goods
