Aquent's client, a large tech company headquartered in Mountain View, CA, is seeking a Project Manager/Training Lead for a 12 month assignment in their Mountain View location.

In this role, you’ll lead our client's global Partners Academy training program developed to educate members of the Client Partners program through in-person events and online courses with a focus on AdWords and leadership/soft skills.
You’ll be the voice of marketing managers who work on Client Partners in countries around the world, understanding their requirements and developing proposals for updating existing content and creating new trainings. You’ll manage vendors on scoping, feedback, development and deployment of the program, and you’ll ensure the projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
Project manage the global launch of new training programs
Curate & refresh existing trainings in collaboration with vendors and internal product experts
Support local teams in their deployment of the Partners Academy program

Required Skills:
Education: Bachelors in any field
3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, consulting or program management
Superb project management skills including managing agencies, vendors, and global projects
Ability to define projects and execute within timelines, with multiple stakeholders and proven ability to deliver projects on-time
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Ability to understand complex products and manage multiple work streams simultaneously through to completion
Autonomous and organized

Nice to Have Skills:
AdWords certification & knowledge
Agency experience
