Assist in the development and implementation efforts of new product initiatives in Canada

Project Management & Consulting:
Oversee the successful completion of all for corporate or division wide project and support activities; provide consulting services

Examples include:
• Consult with stakeholders and sponsors to set expectations and build consensus around project objectives
• Define, coordinate, and maintain project charter for team and activities (including scope, roles and responsibilities, success criteria, project plan, team members, etc.)
• Assess risks and perform or oversee the development of the cost / benefit analysis
• Serve as a consulting liaison to internal and external departments to address complex issues / projects
• Facilitate project steering/sponsor discussions
• Oversee the documentation of user requirements through interviews and joint requirement planning sessions
• Develop and maintain strategies to support project scope changes
• Develop project / initiative related documentation
• Ensure consistent methodology used across Global Product Strategies – Product Dev & Implementation
• Ensure successful completion of all testing related tasks

Ongoing Responsibilities - Administrative
• Provide support to Product Dev. & Implementation Manager with respect to business requirements gathering, and other required research and analyses
• Participate in team meetings
• Facilitate project team meetings
• Prepare, approve, and communicate ongoing project status reports, memos and other organizational information
