Project Manager/Campaign Manager

One of our valued Fortune 500 Insurance clients is looking for a skilled freelance Marketing Project Manager/Campaign MAnager to join their team (possible temp to perm).

This role will support various teams by assisting in the coordination and management of the business development, campaigns, relationships, and launch of programs associated with the lines of business. This highly motivated, detail oriented, team player will be accountable for assisting in the management of all facets of affinity program marketing and relationship management including direct mail, telemarketing, print and digital marketing.

Principal Responsibilities:
• Project management of day-to-day issue resolution and improvement recommendations and program management - coordinate with internal partners and direct external partners/vendors to execute, track and analyze marketing programs from start to finish.
• Partner with Call Center to develop lead generation processes and to maximize leads.
• Partner with advertising agency on media strategies/plans, creative development, legal reviews, production of final materials, creative rotations and in-market optimizations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Providing strong project and program management skills. This role will be a control point, documenting both new programs and on-going programs. He/she will need to be focused on team management, coordination and dedication to execution.
• Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of each program. Working closely with the analytics team and communicating results within company.
• Coordinating daily efforts of advertising agency including timelines, creative development, legal reviews, production, budgets, competitive intelligence and weekly status reports.

• Life Insurance industry knowledge is a plus.
• Strong Project Management skills
• Knowledge of all aspects of the direct marketing and affinity marketing programs including strategy, creative development, production, measurement and media.
• Proven experience navigating through a large, complex organization with intricate and broad product sets and multiple internal clients.
• Proven experience managing marketing programs with adherence to efficient customer acquisition costs.
• High energy, positive, polished individual who is comfortable in a high-visibility role.
• Basic software: Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project.
