The world's largest commercial real estate services firm is looking for a Print Production Designer.

collaborating with Senior team members, produce creative and quality graphic design deliverables i.e. presentations, printed marketing materials, advertisements to support new business efforts, as well as property marketing efforts for sales professionals quickly and accurately. Serve as a graphic/production design resource for ad hoc requests including charts, graphs, illustrations Floor plans, advertising and other artwork requiring knowledge of current design technology and computer software packages. Manage a variety of requests and projects at the same time. Track all requests and project work in an organized fashion keeping senior team members informed, and respond to all client requests in a timely manner. Utilize clean, professional, creative visual images in all project deliverables to best communicate the brand and its key differentiators.


1. Coordinate materials with printer as well as keeping and maintaining a printing schedule per project.

2. Schedule photography and coordinate shoot list. Organize shoot with building management and arrange shoot schedule.

3. Maintain the Team website and biography by creating and updating various profiles including professional, team and property profiles.

4. Think creatively to drive new ideas, concepts and ways of working to add value to the firm. Stay up to speed on the latest techniques and sophisticated software features to ensure that delivered projects are cutting edge and demonstrate the CBRE brand innovatively in the marketplace.

5. Identify reliable and competitively priced local suppliers.

6. Other duties may be assigned.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with poise, quickly and efficiently.

Relevant Design Programs:
➢ Adobe Suite for print and digital media
➢ CorelDRAW
➢ Microsoft Office
Communications: Exceptionally strong written, oral and visual communications skills using traditional and non-traditional techniques and methods.

Sales & Marketing: Knowledge of fundamental marketing principles including marketing strategy and tactics, corporate identity and branding, and sales.

Active Listening: Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand key points being raised and asking questions if and when appropriate.

Critical Thinking: Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions and approaches. Analyzing information and evaluating results to solve problems.

Bachelor's degree (BA) and a minimum of 10 years of related experience designing printed publications and creating digital materials. Experience in real estate is not required but is a definite plus.
