Project Manager/Business Analyst - 15175-1

Join the Global Marketing production team for a Fortune 500 financial client in Manhattan! This is a 6 month contract role for an experienced Project Manager/Business Analyst.

In this position, you will be working closely with the program management team and internal business partners to ensure that the project and business goals are executed and align with businesses strategic priorities. They are looking for someone with STRONG project management skills. Also, someone who has the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload is critical as you will often be required to work on several projects simultaneously, across different strategic priorities within CAP, and budget time accordingly between these different tasks.

In this role, you will be supporting Program Management in the following areas:
o Client Onboarding
o Billing and Operations
o Review Management Reconciliation Report
o Alternative Investment Reviews
o Run EDW reports
o Annual Account Maintenance
o Ongoing Account Maintenance
o Track resolution and escalation items with Central Business Review Unit
o Process/Track Terminations

In addition to supporting Program Management, you will ALSO, run portfolio level surveillance model, which will monitor advisory program violations.

o Monitoring violations at both the account and portfolio level
o Developing and running the model that will identify violations.
o Daily monitoring for held long relationships; monthly for relationships with assets held long and away and for entirely held away.
o Documenting whether or not the violations apply and notifying the branch of exceptions
o Entering exceptions into MDC.
o Reviewing outstanding exceptions on a quarterly basis to make sure that that portfolio level exception is still applicable.
o Monitor Principal Trading at the individual account level.
o Assist in authoring program operational desk procedures
