Project Manager (with WorkFront/similar)

Our Fortune 500 Financial Services client is looking for a Project Manager for a 4-6 month contract (W2) for their Retirement - Marketing Ops team. The Project Manager will oversee a high volume of participant materials that will need to be updated to comply with the new Department of Labor (DOL) Fiduciary Rule. All the materials (i.e. print, IMFP, website, video) will need to be updated and completed by March 31, 2017. The Project Manager will work directly with internal business partners and cross functional teams (i.e. Editorial, Design, Production, Compliance, Multimedia) to ensure all deliverables are completed according to specifications, best practices and client's standards. This position is based in the client office in Woodbridge, NJ office.

Job Responsibilities:
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and traffic multiple projects and demands to ensure efficient and effective project completion.
• Utilize the Workfront tool to assign marketing resources (design, editorial, multimedia, compliance and UX support) to work on the request.
• Creates/manages detailed project plans from strategy/launch to execution/optimizations, assembling the right stakeholders for collaboration, support and approvals.
• Serves as point of contact for project status, project schedule and information.
• Hold weekly and bi-weekly status meetings with project team and stakeholders to ensure project stays on schedule.
• Facilitate and foster team collaboration & empowerment, and promote a problem solving culture.

Qualifications:
• BA or BS or equivalent degree in business, marketing, communications or related discipline.
• 5+ years in project management.
• Multimedia experience a plus
• Strong project management, facilitation and communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing Workfront or similar tool to configure work management solutions.
• Working as part of a team as well as leading an increased amount of projects in a fast paced environment.
• Great attention to detail, time management and finishing skills to meet tight deadlines is critical.
