A Business Analyst / Project Manager with Marketing and large scale web redesign project experience is needed for a global manufacturer of medical Developing and managing site content and functionality as it pertains to day to day operations, re-
products located in Mundelein (Northern Suburbs of Chicago). This role will be responsible for supporting
the development and implementation globally of the direct-to-customer internet marketing programs
for all business. The position will focus specifically on supporting the websites and digital marketing
design and ongoing site enhancements.
Manage website assets & content including products launches, homepages, category pages, landing
pages & promotional assets.
Configuring new country sites, site pages, forms and features in the Content Management System
Providing training and support for CMS users
Partnering with stakeholders to continuously improve content, features and functionality, on-site
search results, and overall user experience.
Participating in or leading the writing of requirements for digital projects
Providing project management from project inception to launch, including: defining requiremetns,
overseeing design and build, QA testing and launch for site improvements
Developing and managing project schedules and timelines
Producing and distributing reports on site performance (monthly, quarterly, ad hoc and automated),
email campaigns, user surveys, and social profiles.
Creating, managing and analyzing online surveys, Knowledge of Survey Monkey preferred
Supporting Email Marketing programs, including project management, campaign scheduling, testing
Updating and monitoring social media profiles and channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube,
Uploading and managing video assets in the CDN. Knowledge of Brightcove preferred
Other responsibilities as assigned.
Experience managing large scale website redesigns for recognized brands
BA/BS degree or equivalent required
5+ years of experience in online marketing, e-commerce or related field
5+ years business analysis and project management and multi-tasking skills. Demonstrated experience creating and
managing project schedules using tools such as MS Project, Excel.
Experience in QA testing, including cross-browser, cross-platform testing and managing issue
Flexible attitude - no job is too small
Superior analytical and problem solving skills Ability to identify key insights determine the resulting
business implications, and make recommendations related to future strategic decisions for the Hollister
website and digital programs.
Well versed in using analytical tools with a strong ability to present analytical results to a non-
technical audience. Previous experience (business & technical) with Web analytics packages. Google
Experience managing CMS. Sitecore preferred
Experience managing email marketing campaigns, including A/B testing strategies and triggered
campaigns. Experience with Email Marketing Providers (MailChip preferred)
Experience implementing social media strategies for business on sites like Facebook, Twitter,
LinkedIn, Wikipedia, YouTube.
Strong attention to detail , self-starter, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
with on-time delivery.
Good creative and marketing judgment
Strong written oral and presentation based communications skills
Expert computer skills, PC and Mac proficiency
Excellent Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently and make timely, sound decisions.
