One of our awesome clients is looking for an Account Manager/Interactive Project Manager to oversee assignments produced for national brands. Roles & Responsibilities:

Account Manager/Interactive Project Manager
• Acts as the key project lead on 10-20 assigned projects. Serves as the liaison between the client and the internal team members assigned to each project.
• Work directly with the new business and creative teams as the lead in managing all key deliverables of a project from the initial scoping call to the project launch.
• Regular responsibilities will include:
o Time & budget management
o Client relations
o Client meetings
o Project planning
o Project billing
o Submitting change requests for existing project(s)
o Scoping new projects
o Resource management
• Somnio internal team resources
• Other third party vendors working with assigned projects
o Quality assurance compliance
o Branding

• Be the single point of contact to the client for all project related issues and deliverables.
• Be the communication hub for the client, creative team and management. Manage project expectations with all constituents.
• Work with the client to determine the initial requirements by authoring scenarios, use cases, and functional specifications. This is usually done in conjunction with a creative director and/or developer.
• Understand the creative and technical solution(s) and communicate the solution to the client in casual and professional language.
• Should have an understanding of mobile technology, interactive and web deliverables, including: motion graphics, HTML, native mobile and web apps.
• Accountable for upholding the project statement of work.
• Determine and manage the project schedule and deliverables. Plan internal and external releases.
• Manage the project team for all aspects of the project.
• Ensure that the production process is followed and our quality standards are met.
• Track hours and expenses related to the project and manage these within the project budget.
• Issue status reports to the client and internal management as needed.
• Work with accounts receivable to approve invoices to the client.
• At the direction of new business team, participate in proposal development and solution definition to ensure the solution and estimates are in line with the latest development and project management practices.
• Maintain client relationships and work with the accounts to maintain recurring revenue and additional up sales for each account.

• Willingness to simultaneously tackle multiple projects and challenges.
• Desire to create sustainable businesses and innovative user experiences for the largest brands on the web.


Work Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of agency experience as an Account Manager/Project Manager.
• Minimum of 2 years of interactive and multimedia experience is preferred.
• References required.
