Project Manager for in house ad agency!

Our client's global, internal creative agency is growing. We are seeking a strong, detail-oriented project manager to manage integrated marketing campaigns. The PM will partner day-to-day with clients, designers and copywriters managing the creative development process from creative brief to close. The scope of the project work includes integrated marketing with a focus on next gen creative and digital innovation. Candidate must be detail and process-oriented, digitally savvy, have strong communication skills, enjoy managing multiple assignments at one time and experience managing creative development.

The role requires:
*Ability to support creative strategy and principles, and represent strategy and approach across the organization.
*Ability to represent (and present) creative work, as needed, to socialize and drive alignment across the organization.
*Understanding of digital trends in marketing and passion for new ways to connect marketing with customers across their journey.
*Service focused attitude, with ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders
* Ability to problem solve & work independently
Specific responsibilities will include:
*Ensure creative in production is aligned to handover guides / concepts
*Manage Creative Reviews
*Manage schedule to deliver quality, cutting-edge work on time
*Capture and summarize creative development input from stakeholders
*Provide recommendations to stakeholders across the organization
*Proactively identify areas for improvement and develop process and documentation, partnering with other teams
