Project Manager for Signage Programs and Special Projects!

The Signing Manager, Special Projects will be the liaison between the business, creative team, and procurement ensuring all signage programs for specific special projects within the brand are produced and delivered on time and in alignment with the budget.

Required Skills/ Experience:
Account Management experience along with project management experience, excellent communication skills, and time management are the top skills the Special Projects Signing Manager should have.
Understanding project specific strategies and priorities are essential in how they tie into storewide strategies and processes/standards.
Additional experience in retail, visual, advertising and/or marketing is a plus. Computer knowledge and experience in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word are also a must.

Daily Responsibilities:
-Manages day to day product details with Business Unit.
-Attends all weekly meetings to ensure project stays on track
-Understands full scope of project to provide consultation on creative and production process with internal and external partners
–Owns calendar of signing deliverables and timelines
-Manages budget for all special projects
-Writes store communication on how sign elements are used within the store
-Manages programs or projects involving department or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of project to finished state
-Oversees plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets
-Monitors the program/project from initiation through delivery interfacing with internal customer or department personnel
-Organizes project activities that may require Inter-departmental meetings and communication ensuring completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraint
