Aquent's client, a large tech company headquartered in Mountain View, CA, is seeking a Technical Producer for a 6–month assignment. You know this company, you do it everyday, it's a verb for Pete's sake!

Location- Mountain View
Duration- 6 months
Start- would start in February for the right candidate
Hourly pay rate- DOE
All work is to be performed onsite, remote is not an option
Candidates must have full authorization to work in the USA without sponsorship

As a Technical Producer/Project Manager on a Retail Marketing team, you will shepherd a project through from concept to prototype. Acting as the technical advisor, you’ll then collaborate with a cross-functional team to prepare the experience for contact with the real world. You will help develop, communicate, and execute project plans, and then take appropriate action to achieve desired results for our internal and external stakeholders. You’ll demonstrate a collaborative working style that bridges technical and creative workstreams, and a resourceful approach to getting things done.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
1. Provide clear communication to a cross-functional group to define requirements, deliverables and timings to execute on feature roadmaps and support new product introductions.
2. Define technical and functional requirements and communicate and drive technical integrations gaining the support of engineering, marketing, and other stakeholders.
3. Proactively identify and address roadblocks and manage dependencies in software and hardware development and procurement.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support builds and installations of interactive exhibits, ensuring timely delivery and effective coordination among stakeholders, suppliers, and other team members.
  • Create and execute testing plans to benchmark and evaluate new technology and products, and synthesize the results to inform product, marketing, and engineering teams.
  • Take ownership over our supplier procurement process to source equipment and manage budget for agency contracts and hardware costs

    Required Skills:
  • BA/BS degree in fields, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3-5 years of strong production management or creative service skills in a creative or entertainment production agency, or in-house team in a similar function.
  • Demonstrated experience in the production of online/offline with preferred interactive experiences in both technical and creative workstreams.
  • Passion for web and emerging technology and software development, current with industry trends and their application.
  • Results-orientated, resourceful individual with strong collaboration skills who is willing to pitch in beyond their core role.
  • Able to clearly define objectives and prioritize workload in a rapidly evolving and technical work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to independently own and manage projects
  • Strong collaborator
