Vitamin T Seattle is looking for a seasoned Project Manager to start a new contract as early as next week. This is a 3+ month contract position, on-site in Kirkland, WA. Own communication and project cycles around implementation, execution, and launch; SEO improvements across all markets and regions.
We are looking for a talented, high-energy individual to join our expanding Search Engine Optimization (SEO) team. This position will support a multifaceted search engine optimization team that drives search engine visibility, content strategy, website development, campaign support and Social Media optimization. This position will report to the Director and Global Head of Search Engine Optimization and is primarily responsible owning day to day communications for process, priority queues, and ongoing workflow of our team’s projects for internal and some external stakeholders around the globe. We have an endless supply of ideas and we rely on several teams to deploy our recommendations (i.e. UX, Engineering, Content, and Social Media).
Work closely with the day-to- day internal stake holders to ensure clear communication and foresight of obstacles or at risk deadlines.
Understanding the very rare need and occurrence to work hours within various time zones
Follow up with and communicate repercussions to stakeholders/team members putting deadlines at risk, and bring solutions/next steps to the conversation.
Partner closely with Content Publishers, UX members, and Engineers to ensure campaign requirements, audience needs and associated timelines are fulfilled.
Be an expert and advocate digital processes, tools, and timelines.
Be the team’s GUARDIAN – Quickly understand our production output, communicate our project priorities, help us deliver against deadlines and ensure no project is left behind.
Skills / Requirements Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of solid project management experience or marketing/advertising campaign management role.
Demonstrated experience with SEO and digital media
Experience managing projects in at least 1 non-English speaking market
Solid understanding of media/campaign/creative reporting fundamentals and KPIs.
Must be a passionate, results oriented person who wants to make a difference and is not opposed to going the extra mile to get the job done.
Must have the ability to mediate and cope with rapid change while keeping a calm, positive attitude.
Must be comfortable with problem solving and ambiguity.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, and manage hard conversations gracefully.
Strong interpersonal skills managing across multi-functional/international internal and external teams.
Demonstrated ability to work in fast paced, dynamic company.
