Digital Campaign Execution Lead

Our client relies on digital marketing as a key strategic channel in driving acquisition, branding, and

cross-sell opportunities to millions of customers across a suite of consumer banking products. The

Digital Campaign Execution Lead will manage all aspects of a digital marketing campaign for the Digital

Center of Excellence, including but not limited to collaboration with agencies/vendors, measuring

and reporting of campaigns, and campaign management on creative assets through the established

workflow. The primary focus of the position will be on Email campaign deployment, but the Lead’s

responsibilities may include landing pages, microsites and display ads – depending on the requirements

of the campaign.



Specific Responsibilities Include:

• Work with Business Solution Team stakeholders as well internal/external creative agencies to

develop and deploy email campaigns, display ads, landing pages and other digital programs.

• Pull campaign reporting, analyze performance and make creative or strategic optimization

recommendations to Marketing.

• Adhere to and promote our existing quality controls.

• Serve as subject matter expert for digital marketing (with a strong focus on email marketing).

• Conduct day-to-day activities with other departments and business counterparts within

Marketing, the Corporate Internet Group, List Management and other stakeholder groups to

execute and implement digital campaigns.

• Working with the Digital Marketing Group as well as other stakeholders, review web analytics

and email performance data to drive marketing decisions based on customer interactions,

online behavior and conversion data.

Requirements

• 4 year college degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related-field

• Email campaign management is required for this role.

• Minimum 3+ years of digital marketing experience at either a creative agency or large in-house

creative agency is preferred.

• Must have prior knowledge of digital marketing channels, with specific experience creating and

managing email campaigns.

• Knowledge of email best practices is preferred.

• Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills – previous experience generating

campaign metrics is preferred.

• Experience with web analytics tools such as WebTrends, Omniture, Google Analytics, or

Coremetrics

• High energy with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and to perform under

pressure within tight deadlines

• Creativity and innovation focus with an eye on constant, measured improvement

• Proven ability to take initiative, influence others, and achieve results in a matrix organization

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

• Ability to build collaborative relationships
