Project Manager, Strategic Accounts

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a skilled Project Manager. The Project Manager will work closely with the Strategic Accounts team to help manage special projects for both pre and post sales activities. The primary focus is communication of status and progress project activities to all key client stakeholders.

Essential functions:

• Timely ownership and distribution of the Project List (project plans, schedules, timelines, dependencies) to the internal client team, and external client stakeholders
• Ensure that tasks and projects on the list are getting accomplished
• Primary internal agitator to ensure work is getting noticed and acted upon, and communication if/when it isn’t (removing the operational burden from the client team)
• Attend all of the recurring Country Calls
• Fielding inbound reporting/project requests from our clients and evaluating inclusion into the overall roadmap & priorities, and communicating status to rest of the client team
• Work closely with technology, operations and product teams to understand project scope, complexity, effort, risk, resource needs, and timelines
• Other assignments/projects as directed by management

Knowledge, skills and abilities required:

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects
• Highly organized; ability to coordinate work with multiple teams and be driven to keeping projects on schedule
• The ability to understand customer issues and map high level business issues to the technical solution and to provide a roadmap for the customer’s success
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Solid understanding of internet technologies and concepts

Minimum qualifications:

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• At least 3+ years of project management experience (internet experience preferred)
• Experience with project management software such as MS Project, Visio, JIRA, Basecamp, and Confluence
• Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
