Project Manager– Retail Go-to-Market

We are looking for a motivated team player who has demonstrated experience in strategy and marketing and is excited about bringing radically innovative technology products to consumers. This person must have a burning bias for action and be eager to roll up their sleeves to get things done. Is that you?

In this role, you will support the development of our retail strategy, as well as help influence our broader go-to-market approach. You will complete competitive and forward-looking trend analysis, both directly and in partnership with internal research and analytics teams. You will develop quantitative and qualitative assessments of diverse go-to-market strategies and roll-out scenarios. You will document recommendations and present for to cross-functional teams for input and socialization. You will evolve and iterate the strategy as new information is uncovered and decisions are made.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform competitive analysis and trend research
  • Organize repository of research into concise presentation formats
  • Support development of go-to-market strategies approaches and scenarios
  • Evaluate pros/cons of scenarios based on data analysis, historical benchmarks and our unique strengths
  • Own document creation for strategy research and recommendation
  • Help define success goals and identify mechanisms for tracking metrics
  • Develop and manage high-level go-to-market schedule to deliver on recommended strategy
  • Ensure communication between cross-functional groups

Skills:

  • 2-4 years work experience in Project Management or Strategy with a track record of success in fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Consulting or similar internal job experience a plus (but not required)
  • Experience bring new products to market or executing first-of-kind projects or campaigns
  • Proven project management skills with high attention to detail
  • Highly-skilled and able to rapidly iterate presentation decks (PPT)
  • Must be proactive with proven ability to execute on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Be able to develop own hypotheses, identify and execute innovative ways to test them
  • Excel at data analysis to inform strategy development
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to explain the “why” and “how” of strategic recommendations
  • Be highly-collaborative on brainstorming and issue-resolution
  • Be flexible and open to feedback and new input
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record
