Project Manager (Replacement Terms)

Aquent is seeking to hire a Project Manager for a 3-4 month contract, potentially longer, working within a division of a major organization in Alpharetta.
This project manager will handle an ongoing project that works closely with legal, compliance and creative teams.

The PM will work daily with multiple points on contact within the organization and will have immediate support and oversight from 1-2 managers.
This is anticipated as a 3-4 month contract, but could extend longer.

Project Manager (Replacement Terms)

- Strong leadership skills, ability to manage and oversee a project with multiple moving parts.
- lead calls with various group team members, asking appropriate questions, drilling down on task/next steps in order to move the process along
- Be able to immerse yourself in the complexity of the program, over time getting to know each moving part and having a hand in all decisions that are necessary
- Able to come up with new strategies/suggestions to execute various aspects of the project. Ability to work with a range of different team members
- Experience understanding creative process and design principles (not actual hands on design skills needed)
- Able to run a project from initiation through completion
- Able to trouble shoot projects, know when something in the process isn't working and be able to make suggestions on how to fix the issues
- Able to direct individual designers and production artists, act as oversight for all projects
- Act as quality control and gate keeper for all ongoing projects
- Maintain issues log database (updates and status only; technical knowledge of database not necessary)
- Ensure Replacement Terms customer requests are fulfilled according to compliance guidelines – all Issue Log entries.
- Oversee management of client matrices (matrices -- catalog of all replacement term documents)
- Consults Legal Team and CSS to ensure the integrity of Replacement Term documentation.
- Determine when RT team meetings are necessary; responsible for hosting the meeting
- Able to work with Design Studio, internal and external clients/vendors and internal legal teams. Also will work with Compliance team, IT team.
- Review designs/content from Studio for accuracy
- Stay on top of studio revisions, regarding turn around time for revisions and meeting the overall timeline(s). Communicates timing to other team members as appropriate
- Following up with artists to stay on schedule, working with Studio Manager/Traffic Manager/Proofreader, etc. to get changes made after an artist has left for the day or when the primary artist is over capacity
- Being familiar with the Studio archives, client photo files, and being able to help answer artists' questions.
