Project Manager-Planning and Sales

Our client is a prestigious financial services provider! They are currently seeking a talented Project Manager, please see details below and we look forward to speaking with excellent candidates!

There will be two key elements to this role:

The first element is to support project management and change management within the Planning and Sales-Resource Management and Analytics division.

o Facilitate with the analytics team timelines, deliverables and prioritization of data and tool development.
o Keep key project stakeholders aligned, aware of progress, and aware of needs.
o Schedule meetings, set agendas, facilitate (when needed) and follow-up with action items.
o Drafts or oversees development of key deliverables to keep the efforts on track to include RACIs, workflows, processes, change management plans, promotion/communication plans, timelines, validation plans, etc… and help drive execution in alignment with these deliverables.
o Track issues and risks and escalate as necessary to Product Owners. Assists in evaluating alternatives and provides solution recommendations to minimize the impact
o Provide recommendations and solutions to business issues in order to support decision making

The second element is to support the build out of Concierge Planning Services within Planning and Sales.
o Also focused on Project Management, similar to described above, as well as budget and projection of sales work.

Qualifications For This Role Include:
4+ Years of Project Management Experience Required Competencies:

o Strong relationship building skills and ability to influence others

o Ability to take action and adjust as needed

o Ability to breakdown big things into manageable tasks

o Balance of persistence with flexibility/agility

o Client focused o Strong initiative and desire to contribute

o Can structure work and facilitate sequencing

o Follow-through (Does what he/she says he/she will do.)

o Ability to be supportive of group decisions and ideas and lead teams to consensus.

o Strength in problem solving and decision making
