Project Manager (Pharmaceutical Launch)

Duties:
The Launch Project Manager is responsible for supporting and following through the implementation of commercial strategy and tactics pre and post launch.

Major Activities:
Supporting the Global Marketing team in execution and delivery of projects, managing through the process of medico/legal approvals until completion of the final deliverable and roll-out to countries
Co-leading in conjunction with the GILs certain work stream related to the brand's strategy, being responsible for mapping out key steps needed to achieve the final outcome, aligning involved stakeholders, preparing the necessary communications and touch points
Managing the outbound communications from the Global team to countries with regards to updates and advancements of strategy and tactical plan
Supporting the team for congress promotional activities and other engagements taking place parallel to the congress
Tracking progress of overall launch activities, highlighting any gaps, and working with Global team to address the solution
Supporting the GTL event preparation and execution
Supports and runs status meetings; creates agendas and follow-up notes
Sets up webcasts and virtual meetings aiming to facilitate communications and information exchange between Global team and countries

Key performance indicators/ Measures of success
Feedback from Global team and early launch countries on collaboration, level of service and quality of coordination/communication
Successfully driving work streams to timely completion and delivery of quality products
Commitment, discipline and engagement

Education: Undergraduate, Bachelor's degree preferred
