LOGISTICS PROGRAM MANAGER
START DATE: ASAP
CONTRACT: 2 months
LOCATION: San Francisco
PAY: $65-$70/HR (Based on Experience)

** A FORTUNE 500 FASHION COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR AN EXCEPTIONAL LOGISTICS PROGRAM MANAGER

GENERAL SUMMARY:
The position is responsible for supporting the franchise supply chain projects including regional inventory deployment, organizational roadmap, and physical supply chain efficiency

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manages Regional Inventory deployment project and stakeholder updates
• Manage supply chain process maps including end-to-end lead-time, CPU, receiving processes via MSVisio
• Manage/support various franchise-related projects

ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS: Position interacts regularly with functions in Franchise Partner Management, Franchise Finance, and Supply Chain Strategy

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1) Skills:
• Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, importation and related finance
• Strong project management skills
• Business Process orientation required
• Ability to influence and lead others
• Excellent communications skills in both the spoken and written mediums
• Systems and Tools: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint

2) Minimum educational level:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

3) Minimum experience:
• At least 3 years of program/project and/or process management experience or equivalent

THE PROJECT:
The Logistics Program manager is responsible for supporting franchise supply chain projects, roadmaps, and supply chain process maps.

TOP 3 SKILLS:
1. International supply chain and logistics knowledge
2. Systems and Tools acumen – Strong proficiency Visio, Excel, and Powerpoint
3. Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written mediums

TYPICAL WORK DAY:
Tracking progress on projects, interacting with other teams to gather information, producing stakeholder status
Making updates to Visio supply chain process maps, working with Logistics Partner Managers Managing/updating supply chain roadmap and other projects

SOFTWARE SKILLS:
Visio, Powerpoint, and Excel experience required
