Project Manager, NPS & Brand Tracking

Our fortune 500 client's Brand Strategy and Planning organization is seeking a high-performing, high energy, self-starter with outstanding project management skills to support the management of NPS & Brand Tracking programs. We especially would like someone who has attention to detail, is able to chase down internal and external information sources that will inform and build context for NPS and Brand Development insights generated from tracking programs. In order to be effective this individual will need to collaborate closely with other functions, including product and marketing, customer analytics, and strategy and manage research agencies. 



Job Requirements:
• Primary research experience including scoping, design, fielding, analysis, reporting and presenting results.
• Demonstrated ability to formulate and deliver insights that have significantly impacted business results.
• Ability to quickly understand and use a variety of data to uncover a cohesive "story" that will help decision-makers take action; ability to summarize and "bottom line" research results in crisp executive summaries and recommendations.
• Ability to understand business issues and translate them into metrics and research design.
• Demonstrated experience and success managing large international projects.
• Demonstrated superior research vendor and project management experience. Able to prioritize and complete multiple projects with varying degrees of complexity simultaneously. A track record of delivering project results on time and on budget.
• Strong written, presentation and oral communication skills.
