Project Manager-Mobile & Web Portal Project

Our client is looking to hire an experienced Project Manager for a long-term contract position with the possibility of converting to a permanent role. Candidates must have 5-8 years of digital/interactive project management experience, ideally managing a portal rebuild project that includes mobile. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work well with various stakeholders and vendors. Vendor management experience is required. In addition, this individual must be proactive, accountable, organized and detail-oriented. Qualified candidates may apply online .

Qualifications:
• 10 plus years of experience working as a Project Manager
• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall Methodology
• Scrum Master certification or applied methodology experience preferred
• Strong experience working with SDLC and PMLC
• Able to manage and communicate at all levels of the project and organization, from subject matter experts to C-level
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:
• Management of cross-functional department engagement and participation to deliver complex project(s) on time, on schedule, and within budget
• Scope Management: follow and enforce change control protocols & processes
• Time Management: develop and manage a detailed, integrated schedule with MS Project and Oneview
• Budget Management: run project financial reports, track actual spend against plan to explain variances, take corrective action when needed, reforecast remaining budget needs
• Resource Management: identify and request required people resources (via Oneview) and manage these resources within team meetings to complete the project
• Communication Management: Facilitate & participate in team meetings (such as Core Teams, Owner/Driver, 1:1s, Stakeholders, etc.); Prepare written communications (such as Dashboards (in SharePoint), status reports, email, etc.)
• Procurement Management: Ensure appropriate contracts, purchase orders, statements of work, etc. are in place for each vendor engagement required to support the project
• Organization Change Adoption: Work with a Change Advisor to articulate change impact of the project
• Risk Management: Identify, analyze, and control project risks and issues
• Quality Management: Plan, monitor, control, and assure the quality of requirements of the project are achieved
