Project Manager: Marketing

Our large financial services client located in Dedham is looking for a Project Manager for a 6+ month contract position. The Project Manager position requires an organized and efficient individual who can manage multiple project workstreams at any given time. Specific responsibilities would include:

•Managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
•Identify gaps in workplans and/or timelines and creatively solve or escalate these delays to management.
•Ensure campaign execution is done in accordance with established Marketing processes in order to meet regulatory requirements and be compliant.

This position reports into the SVP of Planning & Integration, Marketing Operations. The Campaign Manager will interface with disciplines across the bank. Therefore, strong communications skills (both verbal and written) are required to excel in this position (ability to summarize key information for partners). The must have skills for the role are: Strong communication skills (both in email and on/leading conference calls) Deadline driven Strong Microsoft skills (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)

Qualifications

•BA/BS in related field
•3-5 Years of experience in Project Management, Marketing or Agency Account Management
•Strong Project Management and Organizational skills – attention to detail is key •Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills required
•Deadline driven
•Process oriented
•Computer proficiency with Microsoft office tools (specifically Power Point and Excel) Experience with MRM (marketing resource management) software systems (particularly Teradata Applications – Aprimo) preferred.
