Project Manager II (Bilingual Marketing Strategist)

This position is responsible for leading the bilingual marketing strategy and delivering exceptional analysis and requirements definition for ongoing projects on the client's web and mobile Self Serve team. The candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish. Focus areas include improving and optimizing the self serve user experience on web and mobile, as well as the development and implementation of effective marketing plans and go-to-market strategies. Projects include identifying current customer pain points and solutions, applying new and emerging technologies to customer needs, developing experimental concepts, and launching and marketing the products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall effort of content translation and partner with key stakeholders on market segmentation
• Responsible for the identification, design and development of enhancements for client's web and mobile self serve functions
• Responsible for ongoing review to identify areas of improvement and drive those to implementation through effective evaluation and communication of the opportunity
• Project manage the development and ownership of interface from concept to implementation by turning requirements into user flows
• Leads and facilitates requirements sessions with key stakeholders and capturing project requirements
• Develops innovative user interface design, graphics optimization, navigation, site layout and usability design
• Capable of rapidly prototyping and demoing planned functionality to executive leadership and other key stakeholders
• Monitor performance/health of applications via Web Reports and other performance tools to quickly identify trouble spots
